Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaming license. Musthave a valid driver's license.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Training certificate in at least one of the trades preferred. Ability to work independently. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in the trades field preferred.
Physical: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, and lifting to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination. Normal vision (or corrected to normal), including color acuity and depth perception and hearing. Must be able to perform safely and effectively in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- The Maintenance Worker is given a schedule of responsibilities based on their technical skills, which may be in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, electronic controls, carpentry, plumbing or boilers, ground keeping.
- Responsible for the set up & tear down of functions in our Pavilion event center.
- Responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and repairs as necessary on all equipment, tools, grounds, and buildings.
- Will be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes.
- All work must be done with safety as a priority by using safe work procedures and following all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
