Job Description
Join an exciting and growing material handling company in Cranbury New Jersey as our newest ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR of the Sales Department. We pride ourselves on being an innovative, supportive, and engaging work environment. This is an administrative role within our fast-paced sales office. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and vendors throughout the sales process. This candidate will be responsible for processing new equipment orders, coordinate shipping to and from other Dealerships, process billing invoices and maintain order Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance and productivity. BILLING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned:
· Processing new equipment orders.
· Coordinating orders shipping in from other Dealerships.
· Reviewing all incoming Renewed Equipment Orders.
· Handling all documents pertaining to leasing.
· Coordinating deliveries.
· Processing billing invoices.
· Creating monthly reports.
· Keeping up-to-date on literature from all vendors.
· Working with internal departments to ensure high quality service to customers.
· Maintaining our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have 2 – 4 years’ experience as an administrative assistant preferably within a sales capacity.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus
· Clear and professional speaking voice
· Ability prioritize and set deadlines within area of responsibility
