Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, including client meetings, workshops, and company functions.
- Support the events team with logistical tasks, such as scheduling, vendor communications, and venue preparations.
- Prepare and organize materials, including attendee lists, event programs, and promotional items.
- Help with on-site event setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and follow-up notes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure event goals are met and assist with post-event evaluations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed for the events team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or certification in event planning is a plus.
- Previous experience in events, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event planning software is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
