Exciting Opportunity for Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

This is an in-office, non-remote, position in our Tampa Corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outbound qualifying calls to identify viable Prospects.
Generate and quality Prospect clients via pre-established pipelines, and targeted research.
Coordinate potential meetings between the Outside Sales Team and decision makers from qualified Prospects
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and data in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to discuss potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured sales process.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
