Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and program automated equipment to meet customer specifications.
- Develop and implement safety circuits using safety PLCs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Perform risk assessments and implement associated safety devices.
- Design UL 508-certified control systems.
- Specify components and document control systems for various types of automated equipment.
- Perform electrical and pneumatic design, machine PLC programming, machine debugging, and certification for customer run-offs.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and startup of equipment.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years designing and programming control systems for automated equipment.
- Education: Associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Expertise in designing and programming systems using pneumatics, hydraulics, and motion control technologies.
- Strong knowledge of UL 508 certification and safety standards.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and related software tools.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time for customer site installations.
Pay Range: 90K-140K Annually
