HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company in Arizona. Working M-F 8am-5pm AZT.

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company in Arizona. Working M-F 8am-5pm AZT.
Daily Responsibilities for Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator:
- Responsible for coordinating provider claim disputes from start to finish
- Will be responsible for mail intake, triaging disputes, researching claims, and collaborating with other departments
- Will write letters to providers. Scan valid disputes into system
- Route any other mailings to correct department
- Secondary portion of the job - look at triage disputes and set those up for the coordinators
Required Qualifications for Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator:
- HS diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of recent grievances and appeals experience with writing letters to providers, researching claims, and triaging disputes with a MCO
- Pre-service appeal experience
- Strong Computer Skills with MS Office: Excel, Word
Preferred Qualifications for Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree
- Medicaid experience preferred
- Provider claims experience
- 2+ years of G&A exp
