The Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center actively recruiting to fill Board Certified Staff physician in General Gastroenterology (BE considered) to help care for our Veterans - Americans Heroes.  The Spokane VAMC, located in Spokane Washington, is part of VA Northwest (VISN20), comprised a main Medical Center and four community clinics, spread out in Washington, Northern Idaho & Montana. The VAMC operates 46 hospital beds and 38 rehabilitation-oriented nursing home beds. A mobile clinic, outfitted with two exam rooms, provides selected primary care services to veterans living in remote areas outside the metropolitan Spokane area.

 

You are invited to consider joining the team at the Spokane VA Medical Center, providing care for the worlds best patients while providing training and mentorship for fellows, residents, and students.  You should be board certified/eligible in Gastroenterology and a US citizen with current US licensure (any state) with no history of revocations or suspension.  Permanent Residents may be considered if no US citizen is selected. 

 

 

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, (May be required to work evenings or weekends as a 24/7 Full-Time Physician).

  • Must be U.S. Citizen - Non-US Citizens may be considered
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the U.S.
  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology preferred, but Board Eligibility may also be considered. Board certification in Internal Medicine is also preferred.

Expected Salary range will be competitive for the academic rank and include a full benefits and features package to support high quality professional practice and favorable work-life-family balance.
