Our client is seeking an experienced SI Assembler!!
- Minimum of 6 months experience in assembling military cable and wire harness assemblies is highly preferred.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification a plus.
Positions are temp to hire!
HIRING BONUS after 90 days!
1ST SHIFT
$13.00 PER HOUR!

Qualifications / Education / Experience
- Reading drawing, using tools, commutation with co-workers and supervisor, dealing with multiple jobs at any given time.
- Ability to follow a process.
- Review Drawings, Bills of Material, Part Description of Mechanical Parts, Fasteners, Wires, Connectors, Washers, Spacers, and similar types of parts
- Assemble kits using kitting instructions with accurately reading parts, quantities, revisions
- Assemble Wire Harness, Cable Assemblies using shop tools such was wrenches, torque drivers, hand tools, thread gages, Go – No-Go Gages
- Accurately assemble Electrical and or Mechanical Parts using either an example or from Assembly drawings or Instructions
- Fill forms, record data, verify count accuracy, check assembly description, dimensions, size, color
- Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment
- Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructions
- Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling
- Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance
- Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision
- May assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies
- Notifies leadership of any shut down situations
- Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unit
- Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required
- All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
- A background and previous work experience in Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Military, Army with a similar experience is considered a plus
