ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Private Client Account Manager specializing in high-net-worth clients, your primary responsibility is managing a portfolio of Private Client personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires a balance of exceptional customer service skills, strategic placement of new accounts, and cross-selling to existing clients. Collaboration with Agents who maintain the primary client relationship is vital, and you will engage with Carrier Underwriters, Marketing Reps, and other staff to uphold outstanding service standards for our clients and maintain strong relationships with our carriers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Interface with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage, ensure competitive pricing, and stay updated on the latest products and offerings.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize and navigate the agency management system effectively to manage client information, policies, and documentation.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active General Lines P&C license with the Texas Department of Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Four to five years of personal lines insurance experience, including working with high-net-worth clients.
- Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor or Certified Personal Risk Manager designations.
- Experience working with high-net-worth carriers.
- Applied Epic Experience.
