Reference #: 536926 Description Acara Solution is looking for a 2nd Shift Electronic Assembler for Our client located in Canonsburg, PA Here's what you'd do: Perform assembly of complex electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical products while working within a team environment as well as independently as needed. Rigorous product requirements demand strict attention to detail and an aptitude for providing quality workmanship. Circuit card Assembly Development and refinement of manufacturing processes Reading of drawings and troubleshooting Electronic, Mechanical, and Electro-mechanical assembly. Install components and sub-assemblies by providing work instructions. Assembled printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions. Uses electronic, hand-powered, and pneumatic tools. Keeps accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects, and test data. Maintains all manufacturing-related equipment and facilities. Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years experience with and able to use hand tools and small power tools Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Able to read, understand, and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions. Provides feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation. Exhibits computer skills Good verbal and technical writing skills Possesses and maintains a good attendance record and can work overtime when needed (nights and weekends) Good organizational tendencies and practices. Proficient in cable and wire harness assembly Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. Physical Requirements (Lifting, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, etc. Be able to lift 40 lbs. frequently and at times, for 8-12 12 hours a day.
