We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our Houston, TX location. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred. Primary Responsibilities: The selected candidate will: Supervise all branch; sales, administrative and service personnel. Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch. Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch. Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines. Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all. Required Qualifications: The successful candidate’s background will include: HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred). 3-5 years' management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment. The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business. Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff. Clean driving record (required). Computer skills (required). SAP experience A PLUS!
