We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Client Solutions to join our PlusMedia family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of omni-channell and outcome-based clients, overseeing all aspects of their media strategies, execution, client management, and financial targets. Reporting to the SVP, of Client Solutions, he or she will have a deep understanding of the consumer journey and bring to their clients a strong ability to dissect and overcome business challenges, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Client Solutions to join our PlusMedia family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of omni-channell and outcome-based clients, overseeing all aspects of their media strategies, execution, client management, and financial targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies tailored to each client's unique objectives, target audience, and budget considerations.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of media & account professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence in client service, strategy development, and execution.
- Strategic Selling: drive organic growth via upselling and cross-selling of key Plus Media strategies and executions.
- Financial Management: Work with clients to develop and fluidly manage budgets. Maintain internal forecasts, and financial targets, ensuring profitability and growth for both the clients and the agency.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of media campaigns across omnichannel media channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. Work across the matrix structure within Plus Media to continually bring subject matter expertise and innovation to all clients
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, working with them on business challenges and outcomes.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and centers of excellence to develop integrated solutions that drive maximum impact for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in leading clients and client teams across cross-functional disciplines including media planning, buying, and strategic client management and analytics: preferably within an integrated agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing organic growth strategies across all media platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
- Deep understanding of media planning tools, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
