What You'll Do

The Manager of Digital Merchandising will play a key role in driving the day-to-day merchandising strategy and execution for a portfolio of apparel and accessory sites. You will be responsible for implementing product assortment strategies, optimizing site merchandising, and improving conversion rates through customer insights and testing. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales and profitability goals, ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience.

What You'll be Working on
  • Site Merchandising Execution: Manage the daily execution of merchandising strategies, including product setup, navigation, onsite search, PLP (Product Listing Page), and PDP (Product Detail Page) optimization. Ensure that product assortments are accurately represented and visually appealing to drive conversion
  • Promotions & Product Launches: Implement seasonal and promotional strategies, working with internal teams and external partners to execute timely product launches, sales, and discounts. Ensure that all promotions and product launches are correctly reflected on the site
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure consistent execution of merchandising strategies and alignment on business objectives
  • Consumer Insights & Testing: Use consumer insights and website data to make informed decisions about product placement, pricing, and promotions. Propose and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates and optimize the customer experience
  • Merchandising Calendar Management: Maintain a weekly and monthly site merchandising calendar, including content updates, new product launches, promotions, and testing schedules. Ensure timely execution of merchandising activities to meet business goals
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor site performance by tracking key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sell-through, average order value) and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Adjust strategies as needed to respond to business trends and customer behavior
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the merchandising team to ensure accuracy in product setup, pricing, and promotional activities. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and overall site presentation are consistent and accurate

Must Haves
  • 5+ years of digital merchandising experience in retail or e-commerce, managing product catalogs and driving sales through merchandising strategies
  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of data and identify trends. Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making
  • E-commerce Expertise: Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and merchandising tools, including PIM (Product Information Management) and other content management systems
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Primary Location Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
