The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in enhancing CUSG's digital presence and achieving its marketing goals.
THE WORK ITSELF
- Create and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
- Develop and oversee a content marketing strategy that engages target audiences, collaborating with content creators for high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Create and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage followers, managing accounts and responding to audience interactions.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and analyze website performance.
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and prepare regular reports on performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive messaging across digital platforms, while coordinating with external agencies for specialized projects and campaigns as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns and analyzing performance.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketing Software).
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on branding and design.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to stay current on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
