Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment in supporting PEO IWS, the U.S. Navy's office responsible for acquiring state-of-the-art ship and submarine combat and weapons systems, as a Human Resource Specialist.
Patrona Corporation is a DoD federal contractor providing program management, engineering, strategic and operational planning, quality assurance, financial management, and administrative support services.
This position is contingent upon the award of the PEO IWS contract.

Security Clearance
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Master's Degree level with 10 years of professional experience in program/project management. OR
- High School Degree and 16 years of related professional experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessments and analysis.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
