The ideal candidate will oversee compliance, strategy, and advisory related to sales tax and property tax. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic guidance to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the SALT compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate filing of sales and property tax returns.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions for clients.Provide guidance on sales incentive programs and their tax implications.Conduct tax research and analysis to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting SALT.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services.Review and enhance internal processes related to SALT compliance and reporting.Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in state and local tax (SALT) compliance and advisory roles.Strong knowledge of sales tax and property tax regulations.Experience in managing teams and projects effectively.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.BenefitsBonus401k MatchPTOMedical, Dental, VisionFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
