We have some more Mission Critical/Data Center projects coming up in the western US, and we're looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team to lead these projects through to a successful completion! If you're a Superintendent with experience on multiple mission-critical projects, we'd love to speak with you!Position Overview: You'll be responsible for the successful completion of data center and mission-critical projects. This position requires strong expertise in the commercial construction industry, experience leading and supervising teams, and familiarity with the safety regulations and processes of mission-critical construction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and direct construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and on budgetTravel within California, and sometimes out of state up to 50%. Develop project plans, establish project timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completionEnsure that all construction and safety regulations, processes, and procedures are followedSupervise contractors and subcontractors, providing clear direction, ensuring quality of work, and managing timelinesMonitor labor costs, material costs, and other project-related expensesResolve any issues that arise during constructionCreate and maintain project reports and recordsProvide project updates to stakeholders and decision-makersQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the commercial construction industrySolid understanding of mission critical construction.
