About the RoleIn this role, you will drive the people programs at Hinge Health that are focused on building a diverse, inclusive, high-performing and engaged organization. You will do this by overseeing initiatives at all levels from partnering with the C-Suite to Employee Resource Groups and partnering with our Learning & Development team to develop training programs for skill enhancement, inclusion and belonging. You’ll support, educate and train employees to foster an inclusive and high-performing work environment. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, data analytics and program management experience. As a problem-solver and visionary, you have a proven track record of turning research and best practices into practical use in the workplace.What You'll AccomplishProvide organizational leadership to the multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERG) at Hinge Health; Empower ERGs to execute on 2+ actions (e.g. training, speaker session, fireside chat with leadership, learning session) per quarterPartner with the L&D team to provide training to employees on topics such as unconscious bias, allyship and skill developmentProgram/ project manage company-wide inclusion and belonging initiatives such as coaching/ mentorship programs and drive employee engagementAnalyze our metrics and employee surveys to design and deliver on our engagement strategy (e.g., ensure top quartile engagement scores specific to inclusivity for all employees)Report and analyze progress related to various people programs through surveys, engagement interviews and exit interviewsPartner with Recruiting and People Business Partners on internal talent programs such as performance, compensation, and hiringHinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field6+ years work experience in a People/HR, People Business Partner, Diversity or L&D rolePreferred QualificationsExperience building and managing people related programs to improve company engagementStrong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of various initiativesExperience building and executing on strategy creation – ability to conduct research and benchmarking activities and turn them into strategic plans and programmingProficient with HR processes and experience with the end-to-end employee experienceCompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
