HydrauliCircuit Technology (HCT) is looking for Territory SalesManager that has a successful background in product application selling, and business development. Industry Specialists, Technical Sales and Sales Engineers are encouraged to apply.
This position is focused on working in the field, developing and managing accounts within the U.S.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Travel throughout U.S., approx. 50% in field
- Effectively prospect, develop, and grow new accounts
- Effectively maintain relationship with, manage, and grow existing accounts
- Make daily outbound sales calls / sales visits
- Contribute to achieving and/or exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Respond to in-bound sales inquiries for quotes, and customer service needs
- Learn/follow HCT selling system and processes
- Skillfully demonstrate products and services to customers
- Determine & validate multi-level application solutions for the customers hydraulic kit needs
- Use CRM to add new companies, contacts, and create quotations
- Use CRM for prospecting new business, follow ups, while gathering & recording strategic information
- Follow up timely on cold and warm opportunities to further the sales process
- Set up on-site sales training for new and existing accounts to present the company, products, and services available
- Professionally solve problems and able to work under pressure
- Strive for best-in-class customer service and support
- Attend industry tradeshows
APPLICANTS MUST:
- Associates or Bachelor (B.A. or B.S.) Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in application selling, and business development
- Have a successful background in outside sales
- Have a positive attitude and work well with others
- Have working knowledge in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to measure, prospect, and target new accounts
- Be open to overtime when necessary for deadlines, some day trips, occasional overnight trips
- Receive hands-on training at our home office and in the field to learn and better understand our products, customers, industry, etc.
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail with an emphasis on high accuracy
- Be capable of working under pressure
- Have reliable transportation
- Be punctual
- Be able to climb a ladder
- Be able to lift 35-50 lbs
- Pass a drug screening and background check
DESIRED QUALITIES & SKILLS:
- Experience in "Application Selling" of products that have a wide range of configurations (is a plus)
- Have Technical, Mechanical, Engineering background (is a plus)
