This Company is a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to streamlining real estate transactions with expertise and care. Title Processor/Closer responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Enter new order.
- Order Title Search.
- Clear liens & judgments.
- Order Payoffs, Surveys, HOA, Estoppels.
- Assist with preparing a closing package.
- Assist with post-closing functions.
- Ramquest software required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in title insurance, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of title insurance principles, real estate law, and closing procedures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in using title software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
