We are looking for an experienced Title Closer for a National Title Company to support their Home Builder closing files.
Overtime required as needed including late evenings. Must be able to work Wed. Nov. 27th (the day before Thanksgiving) and Friday, Nov. 29th & Saturday, Nov. 30th. Thanksgiving Day Off
Your specific duties will include:
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Prepare the final Closing package and balance and prepare the final Closing Disclosure.
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, ie. Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Builders, and Lenders.
- Schedule the Closing
- Does not require closing at the table.
- Ability to review the file to ensure all requirements are met for Closing.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
