We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Manager of Sales.
As a Manager of Sales, a typical day may include:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales operations. Will collaborate closely with our DTC Senior Executive Leaders, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our existing sales processes. Drawing upon your extensive experience, you'll recommend improvements to enhance overall organizational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales operations. Will collaborate closely with our DTC Senior Executive Leaders, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our existing sales processes. Drawing upon your extensive experience, you'll recommend improvements to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Implementing a multifaceted approach that will drive results and elevate our sales team.
What you'll Do:
- Build and lead sales teams, both internally and externally. Your leadership skills empower your team to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
- Communicate across all levels of the organization. Whether it's presenting to executives or collaborating with front-line staff.
- A familiarity with phone sales strategies and conversion
- You share our passion for building upon the gains achieved through the DTC channel over the years
- Hands-on management of the Inside Sales Team day-to-day to achieve acquisition goals.
- Ensure that the Inside Sales Team understands our service values well, and is able to use a repeatable process to manage sales opportunities.
- Use reporting tools to manage and measure sales activity, conversion rates and sales forecasting.
- Monitor and manage metrics including call/email activity; conversion rates, sales pipeline, individual quota performance, etc.
- Utilize metrics analysis to iterate and improve team performance.
- Develop and coach the Inside Sales Team, improving their sales and management skills and conversion through all aspects of the sales funnel.
- Communicate and educate the team through daily huddles, weekly trainings and monthly recap sessions designed to ensure cohesion amongst the team.
- Create and execute contests and morale initiatives to improve team performance to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting metrics to evaluate progress and identify challenges to drive decision making and performance coaching at a team and individual level.
- Anticipate and react quickly to trends and changes in team and individual performance.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience in sales leadership in a high-velocity inbound sales call center environment.
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding both individual and team sales goals.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a dynamic and diverse sales team with a focus on continually driving improved performance through hands-on, day-to-day management.
- Have the desire to try new strategies driving ideas from concept to execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work inter-departmentally.
