Title: Investment Banking Vice PresidentCompany Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing, specialty boutique investment bank looking to add an Investment Banking VP to their team in Houston, TX. This individual will have the opportunity to gain extensive M&A execution experience and follow a pathway to Director, advancing in their career as the firm continues to grow.The Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for:Lead and manage all aspects of client engagements, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, and financial restructuring projects.Take a hands-on approach in overseeing financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.Manage, mentor, and develop junior bankers (Associates and Analysts) to ensure the efficient completion of transaction deliverables.Foster and deepen client relationships through proactive communication and strategic advice.Collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives and new deal sourcing.Contribute to the firm's thought leadership, including market insights, industry trends, and research.The Investment Banking Vice President should have:6-8 years of Investment Banking experienceInvestment Banking experience in the Business Services, Power, Utilities, or Industrial Services sector.Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.Experience working in a boutique or middle-market investment banking environment is a plus.Proven ability to lead and manage teams, as well as work effectively with senior executives and clients.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.Currently located or ties to Houston, TX.If you or someone in your network is interested in the Investment Banking Vice President role, don't hesitate to apply in directly below!Discipline(s): Investment BankingJob type: Permanent
