About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration (SVPFA), who will offer transformative leadership in finance, budgeting, and accounting while championing transparency and accountability. The SVPFA will oversee a multifaceted portfolio that includes IT, student financial aid, human resources, campus planning and facilities, and environmental health and campus safety. As the chief officer for finance and administration, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the fiscal integrity of our institution and ensuring alignment with our mission, strategic plan, and master plan initiatives.

This position calls for a strong dedication to serving our diverse student body and staff. The SVPFA will build and inspire outstanding teams that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. We seek candidates ready to manage all facets of our fiscal affairs, including the annual operating budget, capital construction projects, asset management, and adherence to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities also encompass data security, risk management, and insurance financing.

The ideal applicant will possess a solid background in financial and administrative leadership, demonstrating the capability to cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence. Prior experience in higher education finance and managing diverse administrative functions is highly desirable. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the President, the Board of Trustees, and various administrative committees, supporting the institution’s overall success.
