Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
- Lead communication strategies, including advertising, content development, and promotional campaigns.
- Champion product line expansion and oversee innovative packaging initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and campaign performance, ensuring adaptability to optimize results and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and deliver brand initiatives on time and within scope.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of successful brand management experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong creative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe CC, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics software (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
