Summary We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our Corporate Communications team as an internal communications content manager to enhance employee engagement across our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling visuals and narratives to deploy a strategic internal channel plan that effectively conveys information to our associates. The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Take full ownership for the information architecture and content quality on Perdue’s intranet, the Porch, overseeing the primary landing page to maintain proper balance of content and tools. Create, edit, and manage high-quality internal communications content, including emails, announcements, and intranet articles that align with our business objectives and culture. Develop and execute for various multimedia asset deliverables (video and audio) for internal and external storytelling opportunities. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and corporate brand presence across all Intranet content and internal communications. Responsible for using digital signage for broadcasting intranet content across screens at different company locations to amplify messaging. Conduct story mining internally to uncover compelling narratives success stories and associate achievements to share on internal communication channels. Draft stories daily and curate content for the Porch our company intranet to foster engagement and connection among associates Write clear concise and engaging copy for internal communication channels announcements and articles. Manage the organization, categorization and tagging of Intranet content to optimize searchability and usability. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives through surveys, feedback, and analytics; make recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct research to understand intranet user needs and maintain a good understanding of industry best practices and new technological opportunities, including collaboration tools. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications. The ideal candidate must also have: Proficiency with content management systems and intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Slack). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience in data analysis and reporting to measure communication effectiveness. Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
