We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO/founder to drive the company's initiatives, streamline operations, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and key liaison between the executive team and the broader organization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that the CEO's priorities are executed efficiently and effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Advisor:
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in developing and enhancing business strategies.
Identify and tackle crucial initiatives to ensure alignment throughout the organization.
Support decision-making by supplying data, analysis, and insights.
2. Project Management:
Manage essential cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives to ensure deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
Address bottlenecks and efficiently manage resources for seamless project execution.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a principal liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and the wider organization.
Oversee internal and external communications to guarantee clarity of key messages.
Represent the CEO in meetings and assist in fostering alignment among teams.
4. Operational Efficiency:
Enhance the CEO's productivity by prioritizing their calendar, meetings, and initiatives.
Facilitate efficient daily operations and workflows to allow leadership to focus on strategic objectives.
Establish systems and processes that boost overall organizational effectiveness.
5. Executive Support:
Assist the CEO in preparation for meetings, presentations, and communications.
Help track and implement business priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
Provide on-the-spot support for pressing issues, ranging from business analysis to operational execution.
6. Team Leadership:
Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to maintain alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Forge and sustain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Guide and mentor special project teams as needed.

Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a leadership or project management capacity is preferred, especially within consulting, strategy, operations, or as an executive assistant to senior leadership.
