The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in managing and scaling the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that the CEO's vision and goals are effectively communicated and executed across the company. Closely partnering with the executive leadership team on key operational projects to drive company growth and success

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $175,000 to $250,000; however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Work closely with the CEO to streamline and optimize operational processes across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implement strategies to address these areas.
- Ensure alignment of operational activities with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with department heads.
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence to these plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and executive leadership on project progress.
Executive Partnership:
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and support cross-functional projects. Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and other senior leaders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of executive meetings, including setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Draft communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify and address operational challenges, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Provide support and guidance to departments facing operational issues.
Special Projects:
- Handle special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Take on ad hoc responsibilities that require high-level oversight and management.
- Ensure the successful execution and completion of these projects, delivering results that align with company objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide the project management team, fostering professional growth and development. Promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing global company.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects with successful outcomes.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
