Our client is seeking a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Chief of Staff to support their CEO in driving operational efficiency and organizational innovation. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about using AI and technology to streamline processes, has a strategic mindset, and is comfortable managing a wide range of executive responsibilities. The Chief of Staff will serve as a critical partner to the CEO, supporting key projects, fostering cross-functional communication, and bringing AI solutions to optimize business operations. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Act as the right-hand to the CEO, managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating high-level projects to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals. AI & Process Optimization: Introduce and implement AI tools to streamline business processes, particularly within recruitment, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. Project Management: Lead or support critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and that teams are aligned with strategic goals. Meeting Coordination & Communication: Organize and lead meetings, communicate with stakeholders across all levels—from executives to shop floor personnel—to ensure clarity, alignment, and follow-through. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key departments to drive strategic initiatives, enhance productivity, and support company-wide programs. Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly those related to AI, technology, and operational improvements, to provide insights and recommendations to the CEO. Qualifications: Experience: 2-7 years in a tech-savvy role, such as an Executive Assistant supporting technology executives or a Business Analyst with an administrative focus. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI and automation tools; ability to introduce and advocate for system improvements. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. Leadership & Adaptability: Proactive, driven, and able to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite Requirement: Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in Southeast Houston.
