We are seeking a HR professional to join our team as an Organizational Development Consultant. This position will shape meaningful programs and initiatives that touch every part of the employee experience - from driving engagement to crafting impactful learning experiences and development programs. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D) and Change Management to facilitate continuous improvement in talent management and employee experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engagement Surveys: Partner with the VP Talent to lead the administration and analysis of the annual employee engagement survey. Provide data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making and enhance organizational culture.
- Performance Management: Manage the annual performance review process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the continuous growth and development of our teams.
- Talent Reviews: Collaborate on talent review processes, including succession planning and career pathing - helping to identify top talent and putting plans in place to develop our future leaders.
- Learning & Development: Develop and deliver impactful learning and development programs, designed to engage learners and help them grow and thrive
- E-learning Development & Administration: Develop engaging and interactive e-learning content using authoring tools. Drive the implementation of our new LMS and digital learning strategies to enhance scalability and learner engagement.
- Change Management: Support initiatives by applying structured Change Management methodologies to ensure smooth transitions. Partner with cross-functional teams to increase change capacity and mitigate resistance.
- Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment support on an as-needed basis, including talent sourcing and screening.

- Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and acting as a strategic partner across HR initiatives.
- Sound Judgment: Apply sound judgment when navigating complex situations, balancing organizational priorities with employee needs to drive effective outcomes.
PREREFFED EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing annual Engagement Surveys or Performance Reviews
- Experience managing talent and succession planning processes, with a strong understanding of organizational design.
- Experience in recruitment preferred but not required
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and Change Management.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and Adult Learning theory.
- Familiarity with Change Management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.
