The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of live events and proven expertise in building and engaging audiences for such events. This role involves extensive research, strategic invitation management, and effective communication with potential attendees and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to build and engage audiences for live events.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential attendees, including industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage and execute the invitation process, ensuring targeted outreach and personalized engagement.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to align audience-building efforts with overall event goals and objectives.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential and confirmed attendees.
- Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics to optimize future outreach strategies.
- Communicate effectively with potential attendees, addressing inquiries and providing detailed event information.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in audience development for live events.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on audience-building progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in audience development or a similar role within the live events industry.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify and engage target audiences effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and potential attendees
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic outreach plans.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the live events industry.
