SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.) that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, content) to create targeted and personalized campaign strategies.
- Create comprehensive campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, KPIs, messaging, and required creative assets.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing systems, paid media channels, and CRM tools.
- Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging assets such as email templates, landing pages, banners, and ads.
- Oversee multiple, simultaneous campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Develop workflows for lead nurturing and funnel optimization, guiding prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing campaigns that convert prospects into customers, working closely with the business development and sales teams to grow the pipeline.
- Design automated workflows using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to enhance lead management and segmentation.
- Liaise with product marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
- Partner with business development and other departments (e.g., risk advice, claims, HR) to gather insights and execute cross-departmental campaigns.
- Maintain open lines of communication across departments to foster a collaborative campaign environment.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement A/B testing, message refinement, and real-time adjustments based on data insights to optimize campaigns for engagement, lead conversion, and ROI.
- Work with product marketing to develop buyer personas and identify target audience segments for personalized campaign messaging.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine audience segmentation, optimize campaign reach, and increase relevance for each audience.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high-quality execution while keeping costs in check.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage and optimize marketing workflows, ensuring efficient execution.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing tools and trends, particularly in automation, personalization, and CRM integration.
- Emphasize the importance of continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies to keep the campaigns innovative.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms are a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on B2B, digital marketing, and multi-channel execution.
- Proven success in leading campaigns from ideation to execution with measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing, analyzing KPIs, and optimizing for better performance.
- Experience working with sales, product, and content teams to align campaign goals with broader company objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
