The Corporate Controller will join a top performing team responsible for overseeing all corporate accounting & reporting functions, including SEC reporting. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing and mentoring their team and have a process innovation/optimization mentality. This hybrid role offers flexibility, while also providing visibility to executive leadership.

- Highly competitive compensation of $150,000 - $190,000, plus bonus potential, commensurate with experience
- Evolve and optimize processes, procedures and teams to drive effectiveness.
- Maintain robust global accounting policies and procedures in line with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), ensuring compliance across all divisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and internal controls, aligning with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Collaborate with both internal and external auditors.
- Manage all aspects of internal and external SEC reporting, including related filings.
- Drive the monthly and quarterly close process for specific divisions, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise shared services in areas like inventory, manufacturing accounting, and fixed assets (property, plant, and equipment).
- Lead efforts to analyze and implement new accounting guidance and standards across the organization.
- Evaluate and determine the accounting treatment and financial impact of complex and unique transactions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA required; Big 4 public accounting also required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including exposure to public company filings
- Strong working knowledge of and ability to apply GAAP, SEC Reporting requirements, and SOX Internal Controls
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and confidence
- Proficient computer skills, including strong Excel and experience with ERP systems
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
