Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should possess a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with a focus on financial transformation and business expansion. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a minimum requirement, with a Master's degree and/or CPA designation preferred.
