About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing capital calls and distributions for private equity funds, managing accounting and operations systems, and collaborating with deal teams and external advisors on fund administration. This role also involves leading the financial close process for investment vehicles, assisting with credit line management, and technical accounting, and addressing investor inquiries. The VP of Finance will play a key role in supporting external fund audits, tax compliance, and other related tasks. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a CPA designation being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, particularly in private equity or venture capital, is required. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership skills. Strong interpersonal abilities, experience in database management, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies are also essential. Familiarity with fund accounting software such as QuickBooks, FloQast, or Allvue is preferred.
