We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual who aspires to become a Partner within two years.Salary: $150,000. – $170,000.00 (plus bonus)Requirements:Desire to achieve Partner level within two yearsMinimum of 8 years of previous experience in public accountingExtensive knowledge of Income Tax ProvisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in various accounting softwareExceptional time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal team members and clientsCPA designation or law degree is requiredResponsibilities:Provide innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to individual and business clientsSpecialize in both individual and business tax returns, with expertise in flow through entitiesEnsure client and team satisfaction through effective communication and timely service deliveryCollaborate with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers on client management, professional development, and business development initiativesSupervise and lead a team of associates and senior associates to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality workDevelop skills to attract new clients and expand business with existing clientsStay updated on legislative and professional changes and provide guidance to clients on potential implicationsParticipate in networking events to foster client development and represent the firm in the business communityDemonstrate a strong commitment to the Firm’s Culture and Values and Client Service PrinciplesInspire others with your exceptional communication, intuition, and resourcefulness
