The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java and Microservices architecture, with experience in Cloud environments and cloud-native frameworks. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java and Microservices architecture.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement cloud-native solutions using modern cloud platforms and frameworks.Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing and continuous integration practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal application performance.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance software development practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and Microservices.Proven experience with Cloud platforms and cloud-native frameworks.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with SpringBoot, JSON, XML, and REST Services.Knowledge of Entity Frameworks and Department of Defense (DoD) standards is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
