They will hire and develop the best people leaders and ensure development of the highest performing teams, who are driven, motivated to deliver market goals in pursuit of the mission. The Country Leader will contribute and drive decisions on our real estate footprint, take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets and ensure the business performs on key success criteria including but not excluded to market growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and employee development and retention.
