As the Director of Market Enablement you will develop and deploy an implementation support strategy designed to help operations and launch teams deliver state and local government programs.In this role you will...Effectively communicate strategy and lead the implementation across the broader company.Collaborate with existing utility clients, state energy offices, partners and stakeholders across program delivery to optimize program participation, attribution, client satisfaction and operations.Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement in program delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market development initiatives with overall business strategies.Support Business Development Growth ObjectivesLeverage existing relationships across state energy offices, NASEO, and/or Department of Energy leadership teams. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business development initiatives, including market entry strategies, RFP and Deal strategies, partnerships, and acquisitions.Utilize background and experience to support the development of standardized approaches to Pre-RFP research needs for strategic advantages, based on State Energy Office priorities.Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Practice teams to identify target markets, customer segments, and product/service positioning strategies.Provides thought leadership influence of the development of sales and marketing and campaigns, based on market insights and competitive analysis.Market Research and Analysis:Guide the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to identify trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform development of delivery practicesIngest competitive analysis to understand the competitive landscape and inform strategic decision-making, leveraging existing research material as well as new research.Partner with CLEAResult Business Analytics Team to utilize statistical techniques, data modeling, and forecasting methodologies to generate actionable insights and recommendations.Identify opportunities where we may be able to use our market research to promote CLEAResult as thought leaders, leveraging a data-centric approach.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)This role is an important part of our overall growth process, and these efforts should help improve our revenue, delivery margin, and generally improve our industry positioning. This role is responsible for leveraging existing relationships and building new relationships with state energy officers, that position CLEAResult for future work.Develop and manage a standard for intelligence tracking, gathering, and sharing. This will require ongoing maintenance and prioritize our operational support. Establishing a partnership with internal stakeholders to drive and enable program performanceBuilding processes that incorporate market intelligence into all of our New Business delivery and ongoing process improvementDevelop and maintain short- and long-term strategic plans for expanding CLEAResult services into new markets.Create standard mechanisms for sharing market intelligence with the appropriate audiences.You will have...Bachelor’s or master’s degree in policy, business, economics, marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of energy industry experience, including policy, utility, implementation, etc.Proven experience in market research, business strategy, preferable in the energy industryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align market development initiatives with overall business objectives.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.Target Compensation:$135,000 - $150,000 / yearCompensation Range$131,900.00 - $197,800.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.
