This is a new initiative that spans across multiple teams in Remitly requiring cross functional, multi-team, strategic and execution alignment. You will drive this for both internal and external customers of the product. Being a 0->1 initiative, you will lead the way on setting this for success from technical, program and operational perspective.You Will:Lead the innovative products' development end to end from ideation to launch.Work closely with architects, engineering, product, design and business leaders to ensure the successful completion of these programs.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Remitly, ensuring alignment on deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and project cadences.Create prioritization tradeoffs and plans with appropriate milestones for advance planning and executive buy-in.Manage dependencies and risks related to the program.Keep partners and leaders informed of progress or changes to scope and project scheduleMonitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimizationDefine and report key results and performance metricsAssess bottlenecks in work processes to streamline and simplify workflowYou Have:Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field8+ years of technical product or program management experience5+ years of working directly with multiple software engineering teamsExperience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completionCompensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $176,000-$220,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
