You will lead Product Analytics globally and report to our VP of Global Analytics. This role will be based in Seattle and requires you to be in the office three days a week.You Will:Be a strategic partner to business and product teams to deliver on our goals and develop future strategies.Lead a team of analysts and data scientists in London and US.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders based in London and Seattle.Build tools and models in alignment with Remitly's growth strategy.Deep dive into customer behavior across different customer segments to understand interaction with product choices and long term customer behavior.Work with data scientists and ML teams to build and evolve long term account valuation models.Partner with our regional business managers to develop geography focused strategies.You Have:Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Statistics, Maths, or a related discipline that blends quantitative and qualitative analysis. Bachelor's degree required.Deep analytical expertise as you will be expected to coach and help your team in solving difficult and interesting problems.Expert experience in taking a complicated analysis and synthesizing the so whats and the actions business needs to take.Deep expertise in working with funnel analytics.Excellent candidates will have a diverse set of skills ranging from analytics, integrative thinking, communication, team leadership, and judgment.Highly customer centric, with a strong desire to proactively learn about different customer behaviors and use this learning to create optimized strategies.Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $184,000-$207,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
