You will create and drive the product vision and roadmap of our customer data platform, ensuring it scales to meet growing business needs while enabling exceptional customer experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with engineering, data science, security, privacy, and business teams to design, build, and enhance our platform's capabilities for data storage, processing, and analytics. Your technical product expertise will ensure the platform supports a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, enabling them to leverage customer data efficiently and securely. You will report to the Director of Product and will collaborate with a growing engineering team. This position is based in Seattle, WA.You Will:Define 3-year product strategy and vision with clear success metricsUnderstand the needs of internal stakeholders, external partners and end consumers. Apply this understanding to guide roadmap decisions and drive prioritization across multiple stakeholdersDefine and prioritize features, user stories, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and short-term and long-term business goalsCollaborate with and influence various teams across Remitly to further extend Remitly's platform capabilitiesFoster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solving to consistently improve the platformYou Have:6+ years of Product Management experience3+ years of specific experience in Technical Product ManagementDeep understanding of product management fundamentals for customer data platformsStrong stakeholder empathy and the ability to sweat the details to understand the impacts of tough technical and business tradeoffsTrack record of successfully delivering and scaling platform products including integration tools and processesExperience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and a track record of aligning decision makersCompensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152,000 - $190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
