You would have demonstrated expertise taking platform products from idea to production, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product strategy, and developing experiences that delight both partners and consumers. You will be the right fit if you love the challenge and ambiguity of building a new product, have a passion to create an outsized impact for customers and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. You will report to the Director of Product and will have a dedicated engineering team to achieve your roadmap and goals. This position is hybrid and based in Seattle, WA.You Will:Understand needs of both external partners and end consumers, and the competitive landscape. Apply this understanding to guide product design, roadmap and lead prioritization across multiple development teamsLead end-to-end product development, from ideation to execution, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, sales and other team membersDefine and prioritize features, problem spaces, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and strategic goalsCollaborate with and influence several teams across Remitly to further extend Remitly's platform capabilities to achieve the goals of your productApply hypothesis-driven development to test, learn, and iteratively build a more delightful end-customer experienceDevelop and communicate the product and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that it remains aligned to company strategy and overall missionFoster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solvingYou Have:8+ years of Product Management experience3+ years of experience building consumer-facing productsExperience launching new Products from ideation through scalingStrong track record of successfully delivering and scaling platform products. You can sweat the details to understand the impacts of tough technical tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term impactYou are not only able to shape a high-level strategic initiative, but can also roll up your sleeves to get the job doneYou find joy in building partnerships and motivating teams across engineering, UI design, analytics and several teamsYou can make judgment calls in the absence of data and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing prioritiesCompensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $168,000 - $210,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
