Are you excited by solving problems that no other company has solved?Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) is a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Salesforce at Amazon and delivers products and solutions that improve the return on investment in our Salesforce deployments, help make running Salesforce at Amazon scale easier, and improve overall governance and security. SFSC is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead and build products that help accelerate Salesforce teams at Amazon get to market faster, cheaper and more securely. You will own the vision, strategy, product execution, launch, and continuous improvement of SFSC products. You will partner with software engineers, stakeholders and enterprise security to develop innovative technologies that engage Salesforce owners throughout Amazon. You will define to the Go-To-Market strategy to drive awareness, enablement and adoption of SFSC products and services. With a customer first approach to product delivery, we enable service owners to improve the maturity of their operations. Beyond a deep technical background and proven track record of product management, a successful candidate will have experience driving strategy and influencing executive leadership. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, someone that approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, and a person that dives below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends.SFSC products include solutions in: - Security and Compliance - Financial Governance- DevOps- Quality Assurance - Integrations - Professional and Managed Services Key job responsibilities- For a large technology product or suite of product, you oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization- You define the 3-5 year strategic vision and drive teams to execute on that vision.- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering stakeholder demands, customer feedback, and business priorities- Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives- Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes- You identify and proactively manage areas of business importance related to your product(s): customer value, opportunity, endemic product architecture problems, builder resourcing, and any other large risks.- You are able to distinguish between one-way and two-way doors. Your high judgment has led to smart risks and/or innovations with two-way doors.- You partner effectively with other leaders involved in the design and development. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
