Position: Director, Marketing Operations, Business Solutions DivisionReporting to: Senior Director of Marketing, Business Solutions DivisionAbout the Opportunity: We are seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing Operations to lead a team of specialists dedicated to executing the strategic marketing plan for the Business Solutions Division. This role plays a critical part in implementing the tactical side of our marketing strategy, ensuring seamless execution across all stages of the customer lifecycle, with a special emphasis on demand generation, customer growth, and retention.The Director will oversee a skilled team, including digital marketing campaign specialists, account-based marketing professionals, content creators, marketing analytics and implementation experts, and Sales Development Representatives focused on lead generation. This position requires close collaboration with the Marketing Strategy Team, which is aligned with specific business lines, as well as the Customer Advocacy and Events Planning Teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful execution across campaigns.The Day to Day: Responsibilities:Marketing Execution & Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and account-based marketing (ABM), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs.Demand Generation & Lead Management: In partnership with stakeholders, define and drive lead generation initiatives and nurture campaigns through close management of the Sales Development Representatives, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads to support business growth goals.Customer Growth & Retention: Oversee customer engagement efforts that span email marketing, targeted content, and customer retention programs, focusing on deepening customer relationships and maximizing lifetime value.Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and make agile, data-backed adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Strategy, Customer Advocacy, Events Planning and other partner teams to align on marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects that support divisional objectives and amplify the customer experience.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, agile environment that emphasizes accountability, growth, and skill development across all team functions.Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve workflows and processes within the team to enhance efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness to the needs of the Business Solutions Division.What You’ll Bring to the Role:Experience: 7-12 years in B2B marketing execution, with specific expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, customer retention, and account-based marketing, ideally within the digital media, technology, or content solutions industries.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop specialized teams in a collaborative, agile environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing technologies such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.Customer Lifecycle Knowledge: A solid understanding of the marketing lifecycle and how to effectively engage and retain customers at each stage.Data Orientation: Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions, track progress, and drive continuous improvement in marketing execution.Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to align on marketing execution and ensure consistent customer experience.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Business Solutions Division’s growth by bringing strategic marketing plans to life. The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors. The pay range for this position is below:    • 160,000 - 185,000 per year in New YorkNote: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission).
