About the Role

The Company is in need of a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the evolution of its HR infrastructure and support a diverse workforce of 100 employees. The CHRO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive HR strategies that drive efficiency, innovation, and a vibrant, inclusive culture. This role demands a high level of dedication and strategic insight, with a focus on employee relations, professional growth, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The successful candidate will oversee all HR processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding, and will be the trusted HR expert, mediating conflicts and resolving grievances. The ideal candidate for the CHRO position at the company will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of HR experience and 5 years in a managerial capacity. A strong background in HR principles and California legislative regulations is essential. The CHRO will be expected to have exceptional communication skills, the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels and a proven track record of leading HR initiatives that foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace. HR certifications are highly preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus. The role requires a leader who is adept at managing performance evaluations, guiding managers on HR best practices, and overseeing all aspects of employee benefits, compensation, and legal compliance.
