Ebisu Sushi and Thai is seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our team at our in-person location. If you have a passion for creating beautiful and delicious dishes, we want to hear from you!

Job Expectations:

1. Create stunning plate presentations
2. Degree in Culinary Arts
3. Develop and execute menu planning
4. Experience in pasta and soup making
5. Ability to work a la carte
6. Create seasonal and international cuisine menus
7. Specialize in Asian, Japanese, and gluten-free cuisine
8. Experience with charcuterie, wok, broiling, and culinary management
9. Ensure high food quality standards
10. Proficient in fryer, sautéing, knife skills, and sauce making

Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $120,000.00
