We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Operations Manager of Medical Collections in our call center in Melbourne, Florida. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement, with a base salary and the potential to earn bonuses of up to $1,000 per month.
General Purpose of the Job:
As the Operations Manager of Medical Collections, you will lead a team of approximately 55 collectors 2 assistant managers and 1 floor supervisor. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, including training, quality assurance, goal setting, and performance management.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Proven expertise in debt collection techniques and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership experience in operations, preferably a call center environment in medical collections,     health care, or accounts receivables
- A deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle management practices
- Proficiency in relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA, FDCPA, and FCRA
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, with a talent for motivating and coaching staff to achieve optimal performance
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering excellence in client satisfaction
- Outstanding management and leadership capabilities, coupled with practical delegation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in a Windows environment
