About the RoleThe Director, Website Merchandising leads the merchandising strategy and execution for the direct to customer channel executed primarily on the website to drive sales, profit and engagement goals. Identify opportunities and recommend new concepts for the channel to enhance the brand. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...Lead a team of Website Merchandising Managers and Merchandise Analysts to launch product assortments, promotions, and content on the website Work closely with Brand Merchandising to review financial plans, merchandising goals and marketing concepts, and develop website merchandising strategies to achieve them. Build these strategies pre-season to launch new seasonal product and marketing, but also optimize the merchandising of the site regularly in season, both with the goal of driving budgeted sales and growing site KPIs. Strategize and execute website navigation and content to create an inspiring, rich, easy user experience Communicate and execute the visual merchandising strategy for the website. Responsible for the integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout website. Regularly analyze sales and digital KPIs for eCommerce to inform opportunities for the channel. Communicate opportunities and findings to cross functional partners. Collaborate with digital creative team to develop image, content, features, promos, and landing pages within website to drive product sales In partnership with Site Operations team lead, oversee the daily and seasonal website user acceptance testing and go live deadlines. We’re excited about you because... 4+ years of previous eCommerce experience, preferably in B2C/retail Visual display or website merchandising experience Proven analytical, business planning skills Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions Well-organized, detail oriented Able to stay focused and calm in an ambiguous, fast paced, and changing environment Highly collaborative -able to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives Ownership attitude – drives to achieve goals using resourcefulness, tenacity, and collaboration to do so Strong affinity for the product/concept Strong computer skills. Must have strong experience with Excel/spreadsheet applications, content management systems, and web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics). Technical Competencies required: ***HM: List any technical requirements, if applicable. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
