A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of investment banking experience; MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experienceMeaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell-side M&AAbility to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedbackBusiness writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentationsAnalytical and financial modeling skillsClient management skillsAbility to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potentialAs a leading investment bank, we enable growth and success for our clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture.Our investment banking clients have access to unparalleled guidance through our deep product and sector expertise and ready access to global capital.
